We live in such a fallen world. Every single day a tragedy takes place. The news is filled with nothing but reports of shootings. It’s scary!
Which is why we MUST tell as many people about Jesus as we can! People NEED Christ. I just don’t understand why people can’t see how GOOD Jesus is! How GREAT He is! He loves us so much and we reject him daily. I just don’t understand it.
And with all this violence in the world, with all this ugliness and darkness……it’s just going to get worse!
We MUST be a light in this darkness! Matthew 5:14 says “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.” then in verse 16 it says “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven.”
I want to love people with a compassion like Jesus has for us. A fellow blogger once said “Because we are loved undeservedly, we need to love unreservedly in return.” (afracturedfaithblog.wordpress.com)
We may be the only Jesus people see. We need to show them the grace and love that Christ showed us. Who are we to accept God’s grace and then refuse to give it to others???
