Resist the Devil….

Satan LOVES to bring up the past. He knows our weaknesses and will go to any means possible to make us feel guilty about all the things we have done in our past.

Another tactic Satan uses is making us feel bad about ourselves and telling us we’re no good. With me and my writing, I’ll hear a subtle voice whisper “You can’t do this. You’re not good enough. Just give it up now.”

But you know what? Just push back. Push Satan back and tell him NO! Not today, Satan!

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

James 4:7

Satan will use all sorts of tactics to get you to fall away from the Lord. And he’s so sneaky in how he does it. Sometimes it happens so suddenly that we don’t realize what he’s done until it happens.

But it’s time we pushed back and remind HIM of HIS future!

Then he will say to those on his left, “Depart from me, you who are cursed into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.”

Matthew 25:41

****Let’s all please pray hard for the situation going on in the high school in Florida. If you haven’t heard, there’s been another school shooting and there are apparently a “number of fatalities.” So so sad.
