Birthday Month

It’s June 1st, which officially makes it my birthday month! My birthday is actually in a few days, on the 5th. I’m not one of those people who hides their age. I’ll be 35! *sigh* 35. Wait, really? Blah. Maybe I’ll become one of those people who hides their age. So really, I’m 29. 29 and holding! 🙂 🙂

Some people celebrate their birthday all month long. I’ve never done that but maybe I’ll do it with this one. 🙂 I really don’t have any plans for my birthday this year except that I have a doctor’s appointment in the afternoon. Sad, right? Nah, not really. As I get older I’ve come to realize that as long as I’m with my family and friends, I’m content. It’s not about getting gifts at this age. It’s about being with those I love. Hanging out, laughing. Having fun!

I was thinking about how some people have a hard time with certain ages. Wanna know mine? 27. Yes, 27. I don’t know why I had such a hard time with that age but I did. LOL.

My mom’s birthday is actually tomorrow! She has informed me that I can let you all know that she will be 75 years old! Happy Birthday Mom! She had me when she was 40. She turned 40 on June 2, and then 3 days later here comes little ole me! (Well, apparently I wasn’t exactly little. I may or may not have been 9 lbs.) HAHAHA
