First Illness of 2019

It’s not even a week into 2019 and I am down. The sneezing, itchy throat and headache started a couple of days ago and the body aches and chills started last night.  I could not get warm last night for the life of me.

I blame the weather! It’s been a roller coaster of temperatures.  I swear the weather is bipolar.  One day it was in the 70s then dropped drastically. Then it’s reaches back into the high 60s then drops again.  And it’s been rainy. A cold rain at that.

I just feel so blah. Whatever this mess is, it is going around at work.

Apparently the flu is on a rampage in the area I live in. But I’m not running a fever so I’m hoping it’s just a bad cold.
