Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
I’ve been struggling with anxiety the past several days. (It doesn’t help that I forgot to take my meds for two days. I’ve had so much going on health wise that I just slipped up and forgot to take them.)
Yesterday, several panic attacks tried to force their way in. I almost gave in to it. I almost allowed Satan to use this anxiety to bring me down. But I stayed in God’s Word.
And honestly? That’s what we’re supposed to do! Staying in God’s Word is most definitely an anecdote to fighting off anxiety. Medication, in my case, is also needed. But first and foremost, we must remain in God’s Word.
