Anger

Image result for james 1:20

Having an anger problem is not something I’m proud of. But it’s part of my bipolar diagnosis. However, as I get closer to the Lord, I’ve discovered that my anger has subsided! He is teaching me new things nearly every single day and it excites me to spend time with Him. I want such a deep relationship with Him that I see others have.

I know that He loves me. I know that He will never leave me. He will never forsake me. He is my God and I am His daughter. It puts a smile on my face just thinking about it.

When something or someone makes me mad, I no longer get as irate as I used to. I just take it to God and He helps me take care of the situation. 🙂

What has God been teaching you lately?

  1. I didn’t have a reason for my temper…just had a bad temper. I learned early about age 10 that man’s anger doesn’t work righteousness, and it certainly doesn’t do anything for our witness of the Lord’s love. The Lord is faithful to finish his work in us, even to the teaching us to give our anger to him and I am so thankful.
